Well the blizzard that wasn't is over but it is still winter. I am pleased to be part of a wonderful artist market coming up here in Memphis. Memphis is full of neighborhoods that are small and thriving and linking their vitality with the arts community. I am so amazed at the number of creative artists groups and collectives that fill the city. It is a tremendous asset to a city not know to be a high spot in the creative force of the country. Memphis is realizing in a mighty way how to link artists into the community.
The Seasonal Crosstown Markets is hosting four market throughout the coming year. The first market will be housed at the Midtown Crossing Grill.
The vendor for this first show are an extremely talented group of artists with a wide variety of media represented.
